催更来了。有个疑问，topic 是关于 management toolkit for open source project 还是 open source project management software。例如 Jira 是个可以用来管理 software project 的 toolkit 但是他本身并不是 open source 的。这也是个有意思的问题，需要一切面向 Open Source 吗 😂

I have some questions of interest:

  1. How to ensure that there is no duplicated issue?
  2. How to make a issue can always link to most of the issues relates to it?
  3. How to notify the people interested in a issue as soon as the blocking issues get solved?
