Site default + layout default + frontmatter? #16

How can you have site default meta tags as well as set default for a specific tag on a specific layout but also allow each page to override the layout default with frontmatter?

Site default values are on data/site.yml. Including customize_by_frontmatter: true on the global site file, meta tags values can be set on each page frontmatter.
