Travis runs with and without coverage reporting and race condition analysis #44

It's good to run both configurations (or all 3 of them) as a matrix to also test different execution speeds (coverage reporter and race analysis slows test runs quite a bit).

Maybe we can also add network speed simulation and client speed simulations?
