Support netstandard 2.0 #20

Refactored the .csproj files to the new syntax and also support netstandard 2.0: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dotnet/2017/08/14/announcing-net-standard-2-0/ I'm planning to upgrade my projects soon and this was a required change. I hope you like it.
