x64 support #23

Is it possible to support x64? I see that the OPC Runtime installs OpcEnum.exe in the SysWOW64 folder...

@aalmada did you ever figure out a work around for this? I've fully working code, but only in 32 bit. Ideally I'd like a working 64 bit version if possible.
