Audio is VERY messed up! #256

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to load any version of the emulator with the updated GUI!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the older releases, before the dramatic GUI change, the games ran
flawlessly, on the newer
revisions with the GUI changes, while the games run flawlessly, the audio is
very distorted and
messed up. The audio should run as it did before the GUI switch.

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows?
Don't think so but I haven't tested in awhile. I really, REALLY doubt it to be
honest.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
The Gamecube, tried versions 3.1.0, 3.0.9 and 3.0.8. All have the same issues
and results. This
must be a bug or something from the GUI switch or a porting problem, could be
from
Gamecube's lack of RAM maybe too. I say this because as mentioned, before the
GUI change
everything is fine and I also use the Wii port as well and that works
flawlessly. This is a
Gamecube only issue.

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Official, beta and deprecated versions tested. All have the problem except for
the older release
before the GUI change.

Please provide any additional information below.
Gamecube ONLY issue! The Wii's version doesn't have this issue, nor does this
occur for the
Wii/GC versions of Snes9xGX.

EDIT: Oops! I hope I am wrong but I may have just reposted issue 244 by
westonlast.

if their issue was found on the Wii versions though i'm in the clear. My issue
is for the Gamecube versions and
seems to happen far more often than every 3 seconds. It seems like just a
general sound bug as all of the sounds
seem off. Anyway sorry for posting up this if it is irrelevant I though I
should correct my potential mistake
though to cover my butt.

sorry, I realize this is an issue but I'm not supporting the gamecube versions
anymore. as always, if someone else fixes this and submits a patch I would add
it in.
