Trying to select ROM crashes the program. #312

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After starting the emulator it lists all my ROMs but when I try to start any 
by using the directional pad or using the pointer it shows an error screen.

What is the expected output? For the emulator to start the Game I choose.
What do you see instead? An error screen.

Does this issue occur on FCE Ultra for Windows? No

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii? Wii Version 3.2.3

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

this is a bug in HBC, try removing the no_ios_reload tag from meta.xml.
