virtual/postgresql should be kept for overlays (transitional period) #5

Please revert virtual/postgresql removal for time being. Point it to dev-db/postgresql and mark as obsolete, write eselect news article, mask globally, etc... but give time so overlay maintainers can handle this change, then delete it again.

As stated in issue #4, doing a package move should resolve the majority of the overlay issues.

Reverting the virtual/postgresql removal won't help as many of the overlay maintainers failed to update their dependencies from dev-db/postgresql-{base,server} when virtual/postgresql was introduced several months ago. They had time, and the transitional period is over.
