Currently, Javadoc is not generated by Ant.

Need some Ant configuration.

Correction for issue 22: "Javadoc not generated"
- add basic Javadoc generation

todo :
- use javadoc syntaxe to improve documentation
- configure to document internal class

internal documentation now generated, with use of "access=private" in ant 
"build.xml"
