update readme.md, add instructions to get to preferences file #38

I'm pretty new at github so pardon me if I'm committing (hah) any faux pas, but I had to google where to find preferences (http://superuser.com/questions/726891/character-count-for-sublimetext-wordcount) so I thought this pull request would help.
