Links expiration #5

The links have a very short life time. Usually all other links are dead by the time once finishes listening to 1-2 songs. Need to do something about it.

Dynamic playlisting is the only solution.

I am working on a solution which re-fetches a new URL when the playback is not possible due to link expiration. Send a pull request your way in a couple of minutes.
