Create environment.yml for Conda users

Fixes #6 Create ARGOS environment by typing

conda env create -f environment.yml

Sorry for the long silence and thanks for your contribution. I have added an environment.yml although it differs slightly from your PR.

• Contains no channels
• Doesn't install argos from pip so you can use it as a development environment.
