The previous repos ignores files required for locally building tree-sitter-virgil, but these files can be extracted from virgil-0.0.1.vsix.
I removed the original files since a full version can be retrieved from virgil-0.0.1.vsix, and the manual copying to ~/.vscode/extensions/ is a bit cumbersome. People can manually load it by unzipping virgil-0.0.1.vsix and copying anways.
The virgil vscode mode can be found at VS Code Market place now.
