Edited: Another detail. In keepass portable version works well... the issue be present on instalable version.

I have tested it today with Version 1.1.1 Hotfix (KeePass 2.47). This worked quite well. I will update KeePass tomorrow to validate the functionality with KeePass 2.48.1.
So it's a networking issue. This means, that the issue might be a specific setting in your network. Is your pc allocated to a managed or restricted network? Do you have repeating networking issues?

I tried again and works!
Maybe was an internet connection failure, I tried to restart my modem... so... I think was the solution.
By anyway, I'll tell you if something else goes wrong.
