Improve AI targeting of bulwark, use of grenades and rockets #24

The AI doesn't really target the bulwark, nor does it often use grenades or rockets. CBA has an item on their list to fix some of this - we should utilize this change once it is in. Would be a nice increase in difficulty and variety in later waves.

Depending how time intensive it will be i might create a pull request to make it more likely CBA adds it.
