Prettify the lobby, remove ability to equip yourself #50

The current lobby platform and initial bulwark was just a convenience for testing/setup, but it should be formalized:

  1. Make it pretty - more like a proper staging area.
  2. Remove the ability to equip yourself from the bulwark itself.
