Prepare CVSs based on ERPNext template requirements.

So I reviewed all the issues created on github and I guess I should start with Prepare farmer CSVs for import - So where do I get the farmers data to import? What's the URL of that other application? Also if I may ask how many list of Farmer's are we importing?

include fields such as BVN, regions and states.
