Critical: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS failed to install software #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://code.google.com/p/esteid/wiki/Ubuntu
2. Follow the instructions: try to add repository and update - this will be fine
3. Try to install packages - this will fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected, that software will be installed but it seems like there are lot of 
Ubuntu 10.04 LTS packages missing at repositories. Cannot install Estonian 
ID-card software at Ubuntu 10.04 LTS!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and all current updates.

Please provide any additional information below.
I see at http://ppa.launchpad.net/esteid/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/ that "lucid" 
packages are mostly missing! No wonder, that software cannot be installed...

Done, the PPA now has Maverick/Lucid/Karmic packages.
