[esteid-browser-plugin] Extension should suggest a browser restart on failed module load #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install old software from id.ee
2. Install version 2.8.0
3. Start Firefox

Security module fails to load the first time.
On second run Firefox will work.
