ID-card utility doesn't read the ID-card - CardError:'invalid condition on card' SW1:'0x64' SW2:'0xa2' #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert ID-card
2. Run ID-card utility
3. It will not read the ID-card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: ID-card utility will show data on ID-card.
I see "reading data" message blinking and that's it! Nothing happens! After 
some time trying, it remains idle. During trying to read, also green led is 
blinking on the reader.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ID-card utility: 0.1.0.3228
Operating system Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit
Library path: C:/Program Files/Estonian ID Card
Libraries:
advapi32 (6.1.7600.16385)
libeay32 (1.0.0.1)

Smart card service state: working

Micro SPR532 (with pinpad)

When I tried to use PDF-signer, then this is also not working - please see 
attached .jpg image.
At the same time it asks correctly PIN2-code and after I enter it, card reader 
makes right beep - it would say, that PIN2 was accepted. But then comes this 
error message.
Same situation were also with trying to sign using DigiDoc3 Client.

Try to update the firmware of the SPR532 reader, because there has been bugs in 
the older versions. Download a new one from 
[http://www.scmmicro.com/en/support/pc-security-support/downloads.html here]

I had the same issue, was resolved when I update the ID card utility to the 
latest version.
