Uninstall fails under W7Pro x64 for 2.8.0 #128

When selecting the uninstall option from "Programs And Features" then procedure 
to uninstall is carried out, but software is not uninstalled.

Situation happens on Win 7 Pro x64, esteid version is 2.8.0 x64

Attached are uninstall logs when running uninstall from command prompt
uninstall_msi.log for
msiexec /x Eesti_ID_kaart_2_8_0_x64.msi /l*vx uninstall.log

uninstall_guid.log for
msiexec /x {13778BA8-9461-46AF-823B-09E0B2231BFD} /l*vx uninstall.log

Looking at the log files, it's apparent that this is caused by the 
UninstallCertificates CustomAction. This is probably due to a bug in Windows 
Installer XML toolkit (WiX)

I've seen it before, but we have never been quite able to reliably reproduce it 
:(

Experiencing th same issue and it is a real blocker for me. Not able to 
uninstall, repair or install a newer version of the id card software.

Can anybody suggest on how to work around this and get it to uninstall?

My version 2.8.0.0 and on Win7 x64.

Download Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (http://id.sander85.com/msicuu2.exe) 
and remove it manually.
