[esteid-browser-plugin] Dialogs still in English in system configured to be in Estonian

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install clean Ubuntu 10.10 with Estonian regional settings
2. Install EsteID from PPA
3. Run Firefox and use ID card plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect whitelist and PIN entry dialogs in Estonian, but they are still in 
English.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Plugin 1.2.0, Firefox 3.6.12.

I'm looking at the build log [1] and it looks like 
/usr/share/locale/et/LC_MESSAGES/esteid-browser-plugin.mo file isn't getting 
included in esteid-browser-plugin package, even though it's getting built. Any 
chance you could help me fix this? I don't have any Ubuntu machines at hand.

I guess esteid-browser-plugin.install [2] should just get another glob for 
matching the .mo files.

If you drop into the IRC room I'll try to get you started with the PPA build 
system.
