Allow setting file name in the container #139

Currently the file name in the container is determined by the the file path 
used during addDocument call. It should be possible to set file name during 
addDocument call. This way systems where files are stored in database and 
indexed by UUID could use libdigidocpp library without resorting to temporary 
files.
