pkcs15 cant read the new id card #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New estonian id card (2011 version that has more memory)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

pkcs15-tool -c   cant read the new id card. I am guessing some settings need to 
be changed. Expected output was to see the certificate list but instead it 
could not read from the card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Have tried it on Ubuntu 10.04, 11.10 and Debian Squeeze.
