[browserplugin] Unable to sign on test page with Internet Explorer & Chrome with internal reader #175

With internal(multi)card reader there is impossible to log in with IE9 and 
Chrome, Firefox works fine.

Win7 ultimate, 
IE9 and 
windows shows card reader as "Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WUDF)" 
ID version 2.8.0

IE and Chrome are saying in error message that there are no card in the reader.

No other erros or problems. Both, DigiDoc3 and ID kaardi haldusvahend are 
woking seamlessly. 
Changed back to official Eesti_ID_kaart-3.5.5449.590_x86 and everything is now 
working also in IE and Chrome!
