Could the developers please create a new Windows installer bundle or (if
installer testing overhead is a concern) at least make available Windows
binaries for the updated smartcardpp 0.3.0, qesteidutil 0.3.1 and
esteid-browser-plugin 1.3.2 components?
The versions available with the 2.8.0 installer don't support the increasingly
common ESTEID 2011 type cards (resulting in a Windows variation of "Issue 165:
[qesteidutil] Error reading card data:personal data file does not contain 16 or
10 records").
Unfortunately it's not feasible for ordinary users to set up a full Windows
development environment (per wiki article WindowsBuilderSetup) to rebuild the
updated packages on their own. Please don't force us to go back to the infamous
official version of ID card software ;)
