What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to eesti.ee via Swedbank
2. fill in address change form, save it
3. try to sign with ID card
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be ...well, ability to sign.
Insted there is an error that DigiDoc soft is not installed on the computer.

eesti.ee is not accepting signing in with ID card on Chrome, asking for
choosing certificate again and again
in Safari same action results in inability to connect to the site
