We managed to muddle through some basic graphs, and I have a graphbeta branch in there that has a graph that lets you pick the dates, but it was breaking heroku local so I didn't want to merge it (works in runserver mode though)
Our GUI team didn't have users up and running so we've kept them commented out to prevent conflicts with the dataset they are expecting.
