cannot use rikaikun in input text field and textarea #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type japanese in a textarea
2. mouseover with rikaikun enabled
3. no tooltip :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like rikaikun to work over type text in input and textarea field. like 
rikaichan does. it is very useful what chatting in japanese with a friend. lets 
say I use skype which does not have anything like rikaikun. I created a very 
simple webpage (http://box.somekool.net) only to display a big textarea to 
paste kanji and use rikai(chan/kun)

but unfortunatelly, it still does not work with rikaikun

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest ! linux and mac

Please provide any additional information below.

Though, if you already paste into a box, why not make a button which will load 
a new page with the text of the box loaded into the html, and then rikaikun 
would work.
