Does not work with local files #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a page with URL starting with file://
2. Hover on some kanji

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a popup with translation. I don't see it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 12.0.742.100, Rikaikun 0.8.1, Debian SID.

Ah, ok, my fault. I didn't know I have to manually permit access to local files 
to an extention. Can be closed.
