Not working with apps and other extensions? #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn rikaikun on.
2. Run some chrome app or extension, which creates new tab.
3. Hover on japanese text.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Rikaikun works as usual, but it won't work on current tab at all.

Please provide any additional information below.
By apps and extensions I mean something like TweetDeck, kwitty or read.crx.

Is this an issue of Chrome or can you do something about it?
