Turning of Text-box highlighting also turns off cursor tracking #72

This is a problem that always existed, but if you're in a text box and you 
highlight something outside the text box, the cursor also disapears.

There is code which tracks cursor position that I added in order to allow in 
text box highlighting but it turns off when in textbox highlighting is turned 
off.

I should see if one can be on without the other.
