Framework for Luna #85

Hi all,

When I think, my minds comes to that it would be nice to have a framework with baby steps to handle state, handle routing and managing http requests and etc. Could this help the Luna community, what are the other ideas? I am really interested in using Luna in a real world project as well.

First of all, you should run this project in your machine :-)
