Possibly fixed in #109 If you'd like, I can build that fork for you to test.

Not OP, but I would appreciate it.

Here you go Make sure you place all the files inside into a separate folder, so it doesn't create new folders in your Desktop area or something.
Thank you! It works well for me. I don't get that error. I appreciate it.
No problem, that should be patched into the next release sometime.
Confirm that this build also fixed the same problem for me. I have 3 monitors connected to my system.

What exactly do you mean by that?

3 years later and this has still not been implemented officially, but just wanted to let you know this solved my issue! Thanks.
I'm having the same issue. Not sure how to use the "release" zip file as you said to put it in a separate folder. Could you explain WHERE the zip files should be placed? (ie. in a new folder INSIDE the TaskbarGroups folder, somewhere else?)
Error fires anytime trying to expand a shortcut that's been added. Error only fires with dual monitor setup. If I set monitors to mirror, or unplug one no errors fire. If I hit Continue, the error goes away and the shortcut flyout appears, but nowhere near the taskbar as intended.
