What DPI are you using? Could you take a printscreen and i'll see what i can do
It might be related to scaling, e.g. I have a HiDPI 1080x1920 display set to 100% scaling and it looks crisp and sharp (Win10 v1709). Laptops tend to default to 120% scaling or somesuch, though, which causes weirdness due to Windows.
I also use XPExplorer HiDPI fix, which has helped with some programs, too.
Sorry for the late reply, I'm on 150% dpi and a 3000x2000 Surface Book 2 Display.
Edit: And my default dpi is 200% but thats way too big for me.

Thank you! I will look into scaling support!

I made a pull request fixing this specific issue because it was bothering me too much.
See here: Fixed icon and UI on HiDPi-enabled devices. #255
Please comment the pull request to give it more traction. 😄
Also, here's a beta build of the HDPi version: TaskbarGroups_HiDpi.zip
Have a great day ! 👋 Also, thank you @tjackenpacken for this amazing applet!!
The program is very blurry on high DPI displays, can you see if you can fix this?
