[Bug] Unhandled exception at lower resolutions

When using my secondary monitor @ 1440:900, the following error occurs. Clicking continue allows the program to continue “normally” (the flyout is in the wrong place, but it works). I'm fairly certain it's a resolution issue, as I can't see any other differences between it working and not.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
