Setup autostart #86

Hi @tjackenpacken and @PikeNote,

In this contribution I added the wix setup installer allowing the application the be deployed, just by execution the setup.exe installer.

This branch is already synced with the master and with my previous Pull Request branch add-tray-options.

Let me know if you have any suggestions, you would like.
