I can't place shortcut to taskbar. I don't have a button "pin to taskbar"

Go to the folder where the program is run from for me that is C:\Portables\TaskbarGroups Open the Shortcuts folder. For me, C:\Portables\TaskbarGroups\Shortcuts Right-click each of the items listed which are named whatever you created in the program, Pin to taskbar. Done. There is no "button".
