What happened:
When using the "Top Down" camera, enabling a firing arc or doing a range check from the dial intertface results only in the ship base changing to white as expected. The intended overlay is not visible. The overlay is visible on other cameras.
What was supposed to happen:
An appropriate fire arc overlay, or a range "ring" was supposed to be displayed associated with the intended ship.
How to make the issue happen:
Change to the "Top Down" camera, and use the arc or range check functions of the dial
