eventually be able to move this in to an ActivityDataset and make use of functionality there
probably mostly use this to populate portions of an AnesthesiaCase object, which would have like an events attribute to collect them, a meds attribute to collect those, perhaps some unified way of looking at them both?

Actually, make this and others a subclass of some kind of overarching pytiva subclass for DataFrame.

Perhaps class AnesthesiaData(pandas.DataFrame)?
