Building fails without ebin/ directory #58

Curently the build system fails when there's no ebin/ directory. This is
not a problem with the SVN checkout since there's an empty ebin directory.

But if someone uses a clone without ebin/ - for example a git clone - the
build fails.

But this could be avoided with this simple patch (attached) to the Makefile.
