Easy thing would just be everything. It wouldn't be hard to make an interactive script that prompts for each config option in turn.

<3 makes life easier, although, imo, all of the entries need to part of the wizard, not just nick/chan/admins. I'll try to add them.

I'm somewhat skeptical about that, if we did go that route, it would need to have auto generated prompts from comments in the example config.
