Make ci.yml easier to read #1675

Adds indent=4 to the json dump in regen_workflow.py
Run regen_workflow.py

Why? Because if there's ever a problem with the ci, it's easier to debug the ci.yml then the spec (at least for me). Plus more readability never hurts!
