Dark mode is not respected within embedded announcements for events #787

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create an event with an announcement attached
  2. Go to the events page at https://ion.tjhsst.edu/events./1 under dark mode
  3. Look at the embedded announcement inside the event description box

Expected behavior

The embedded announcement element contains dark mode elements (is dark)

Actual behavior

The embedded announcement element is not dark.
