I've noticed extra objects being cleaned up during the first round after a server restart. For example, in the following log excerpt, six sea chests got cleaned up even though only three should spawn at the beginning of each round:

I thought I had persistence disabled on my server, which I expected would prevent this from happening. However, relying on the persistence server setting probably isn't the best idea, anyway. We need to make sure that objects still get cleaned up at the end of the final round before a restart.
