Adds support for TLSA.

Depends on #2 to work properly.

Excellent! I hope it really is that simple. I'll read up on it and verify. Hopefully by that time @tjfontaine will have already merged if everything checks out.

I'm going to fork @rakoo's fork here for DNSChain until @tjfontaine shows signs of life again.
