Remove the mml viewer from matmodlab #7

The viewer needs to be pulled out of the package because it uses chaco, which is not yet supported by python3. That and Tim doesn't use it much anymore. So it falls to me to rip it out.

Making this "issue" is really just a formality because I've already completed the work. I'm just waiting for the benchmarks to run so that I know that I didn't mess anything up.

Commit d2c13d7b3de139b0 nearly addresses all of the things mentioned in this issue.
