As a player/spectator, I want to be able to communicate with other users so that my experience is enriched.

The interface to enable this functionality could be text based —chat— or something else like voice —basically conference calls via VoIP sort o' thing.

1-on-1 communication between teammates ought to be disabled as it would facilitate board talk.

This project could roll its own backend interface or consume some ready-made solution, e.g. SendBird.
