Rename or symlink MSs if no self-cal #116

In some cases (especially large MSs or when no self-cal is performed) it would make sense to either symlink to the previous self-cal MS, or to rename the MS and rename the intercal columns. Likely the second option is better, as I can see a case where symlinks of symlinks is not handled well by the singularity bind paths.
