Previously the limits placed on the RMS colour bar map were hard coded and tuned for racs style data. This change makes them adaptive.
The lower limit is drawn as the floor of the log or the 16th percentifle. The upper limit is one order of magnitude higher.
The scatter markers representing sources have also been reduced in size
